As a yoga practitioner for over 15 years, I know the power that this practice can have on people’s lives, increasing drastically their wellbeing. That’s why I became a yoga teacher, and that’s why I started this project.
Yoga Sprout was born out of the desire to bring this holistic lifestyle closer to people’s realities, making it accessible and uncomplicated.
