Do I have to own or purchase a domain?
Yes. Your website will be built under your own domain name, allowing your brand to be presented as professionally as possible. It’s also under this domain that your professional email will be created. If you are unfamiliar with the procedure, I will happily assist you with it.
Do I need to hire a hosting service?
No. For safety and performance reasons, professional hosting of your domain is included for all web design services you may hire from me.
How long will take to get my website done?
It will depend on the size and complexity of each project, as well as the tools you will need to properly share your brand with the world. Many websites can be built in about 2-3 weeks, while some may require more time.
After our first talk, where you explain to me your needs, I’ll prepare a project proposal, where you will have access to a full roadmap with milestones and timeframes. That way you won’t have any surprises.
Will my website work on smartphones and tablets as well?
Yes! Nowadays, most website visits are made with mobile devices. Your website will be responsive for iPads, iPhones, and Android devices to ensure that it looks great and is easy to navigate on all of them.
Can I integrate my site with an email marketing plugin?
Yes! It is possible to integrate not only email marketing but many other online tools. If you would like to have a specific plugin on your website, send me a direct message and we can sort it out.
If I already have a website from another company, can you build a new website on their platform?
No. The old website can be used as a reference for the new one, but the hosting of the domain will have to be transferred, and a new website will be built to meet the ideas you have.
How much it will cost to design and develop my website?
Each business’ needs are different, so the prices will also vary.

After that, I will prepare a complete project proposal where you will find all the information about prices and more. Everything will be clear, transparent, and in writing, before we start our project. No surprises for you nor for me.
What if I need to add new content to my website after it has been launched?
The final stretch of our project is the creation of a Management Panel, so you can add articles, texts, photos, and products to your website. This Panel will be managed by you (or any other person you trust), and I will teach you how to deal with it by yourself. That way you will have the freedom to make any changes you desire.
If the addition is something a bit more complex, we will need to have a new chat. You will explain to me your new ideas, and a new proposal will be made. The added cost will consider the time and difficulty of the project’s execution.
Will you be there for me after my website is complete?
Absolutely!
Through support, I’ll keep your website up to date, backed up, secure and fast. And, although you will have access to your Management Panel, I am aware that it may be tricky to operate if you don’t do it often. You can always get in contact through email or WhatsApp and I’ll do my best to help you as soon as possible.
